The most reproducible ADM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1179, RNU6-830P, and LINC02348. Each is linked with ADM5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADM5-to-partner and partner-to-ADM5 results are reported.
