Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADM5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,907 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADM5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication proofreading, Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription, elongation, and DNA topological change. Each is linked with ADM5 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADM5-to-partner and partner-to-ADM5 results are reported.
