Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADM5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR13G1, SLC32A1, and IRX4. Each is linked with ADM5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADM5-to-partner and partner-to-ADM5 results are reported.
