Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,778 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCN1, PADI4, and PGK1. Each is linked with ADM in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADM-to-partner and partner-to-ADM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADM versus CCN1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
