Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,941 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADM-associated genes across cancer lineages are HILPDA, ANGPTL4, and GAPDH. Each is linked with ADM in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADM-to-partner and partner-to-ADM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADM versus HILPDA in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
