ADM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 136 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADM-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6K6, RNA5SP419, and SNRPGP7. Each is linked with ADM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADM-to-partner and partner-to-ADM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6K6 grouped by ADM-low versus ADM-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
