Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADM mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADM-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, p62 Lck ligand, and PDK1_pS241. Each is linked with ADM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADM-to-partner and partner-to-ADM results are reported.
