Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADM RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,090 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADM-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Adrenomedullin receptor signaling pathway, Calcitonin family receptor signaling pathway, and Regulation of progesterone biosynthetic process. Each is linked with ADM in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADM-to-partner and partner-to-ADM results are reported.
