Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADK Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ADK data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ADK Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADK expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, KIRP, and UCEC are the cancer types where ADK Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
