ADIRF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADIRF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 287 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADIRF-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY1P1, NCAPD3, and BAG3. Each is linked with ADIRF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADIRF-to-partner and partner-to-ADIRF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNY1P1 grouped by ADIRF-low versus ADIRF-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADIRF→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADIRF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
