ADIPOR2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADIPOR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,837 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADIPOR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLR3GL, SPINK4, and AP3B1. Each is linked with ADIPOR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADIPOR2-to-partner and partner-to-ADIPOR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADIPOR2 versus POLR3GL in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADIPOR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADIPOR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
