ADIPOR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADIPOR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,415 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADIPOR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNPEP, BROX, and DDX59. Each is linked with ADIPOR1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADIPOR1-to-partner and partner-to-ADIPOR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADIPOR1 versus RNPEP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADIPOR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADIPOR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
