ADIG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADIG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADIG-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP403, SNORD115-5, and RNU6-654P. Each is linked with ADIG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADIG-to-partner and partner-to-ADIG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP403 grouped by ADIG-low versus ADIG-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADIG→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADIG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
