ADH5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADH5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,192 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADH5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are METAP1, ADH5_S351, and TMCO1. Each is linked with ADH5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADH5-to-partner and partner-to-ADH5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADH5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADH5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
