ADH1C

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADH1C protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,548 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADH1C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADH1B, SYNPO2, and PPP1R12B. Each is linked with ADH1C in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADH1C-to-partner and partner-to-ADH1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADH1C versus ADH1B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADH1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADH1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
