The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher ADH1B Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADH1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LIHC, HNSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where ADH1B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
