ADGRV1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRV1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,579 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRV1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACKR1, HSPA9, and CLEC3B. Each is linked with ADGRV1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRV1-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRV1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACKR1 grouped by ADGRV1-low versus ADGRV1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRV1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRV1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
