ADGRL4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADGRL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 683 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUT, ZNF280D, and RWDD4. Each is linked with ADGRL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRL4-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DUT grouped by ADGRL4-low versus ADGRL4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
