ADGRL3

Mutation & survival
SurvivalMutationKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADGRL3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ADGRL3 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher ADGRL3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADGRL3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and UCEC show a favorable association.

CESC, BRCA, and HNSC are the cancer types where ADGRL3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Mutation survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
