ADGRL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,021 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNK5, FCER1A, and SEH1L. Each is linked with ADGRL3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRL3-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCNK5 grouped by ADGRL3-low versus ADGRL3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
