ADGRG4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRG4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,516 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRG4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARVA, ARHGAP31_S1432, and PRPF3_S619. Each is linked with ADGRG4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRG4-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRG4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADGRG4 versus PARVA in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
