Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRG2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,401 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL34P6, ELOVL3, and DMP1. Each is linked with ADGRG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRG2-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRG2 results are reported.
