Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADGRG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,395 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRG2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Golgi vesicle transport, and Aerobic respiration. Each is linked with ADGRG2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRG2-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRG2 results are reported.
