ADGRG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADGRG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRY, OBP2B, and KRT40. Each is linked with ADGRG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRG2-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRY grouped by ADGRG2-low versus ADGRG2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
