Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADGRF5-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ADGRF5-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher ADGRF5-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADGRF5-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and LUAD show a favorable association.

THYM, OV, and CESC are the cancer types where ADGRF5-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
