Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRF4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 95 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADGRF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUPT20H, GGA3, and SEPTIN14. Each is linked with ADGRF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRF4-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRF4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADGRF4 versus SUPT20H in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
