Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADGRF4 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 12 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of ADGRF4’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where ADGRF4 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types ADGRF4 is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as KICH and PRAD show the opposite, repressed pattern.

LUAD, LUSC, and THCA are the cancer types where ADGRF4 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
