ADGRF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,600 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are C18orf54, ZNF77, and CENPQ. Each is linked with ADGRF4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRF4-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C18orf54 grouped by ADGRF4-low versus ADGRF4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
