ADGRF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADGRF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNPY1, TAAR5, and OR6Y1. Each is linked with ADGRF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRF4-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CNPY1 grouped by ADGRF4-low versus ADGRF4-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
