Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,501 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADGRF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EPS15P1, MYOF, and CASP4. Each is linked with ADGRF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRF1-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADGRF1 versus EPS15P1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
