Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADGRF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,192 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell-substrate junction organization, Positive regulation of bicellular tight junction assembly, and Positive regulation of iron ion transport. Each is linked with ADGRF1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRF1-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRF1 results are reported.
