ADGRF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADGRF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GHRHR, CDR1, and DPRX. Each is linked with ADGRF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRF1-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GHRHR grouped by ADGRF1-low versus ADGRF1-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
