ADGRE5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRE5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,124 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRE5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASSF2, FNBP1, and MYO9B. Each is linked with ADGRE5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRE5-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRE5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADGRE5 versus RASSF2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRE5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRE5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
