Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRE5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,243 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADGRE5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRBV7-3, MYO1G, and PLA2G2D. Each is linked with ADGRE5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRE5-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRE5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADGRE5 versus TRBV7-3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRE5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRE5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
