Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRE5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,326 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADGRE5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL5P16, MIR6870, and H2AC12. Each is linked with ADGRE5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRE5-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRE5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL5P16 grouped by ADGRE5-low versus ADGRE5-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRE5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRE5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
