Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADGRE5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,802 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRE5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cytokine-mediated signaling pathway, Toll-like receptor 3 signaling pathway, and Regulation of response to cytokine stimulus. Each is linked with ADGRE5 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRE5-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRE5 results are reported.
