ADGRE2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,298 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRE2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SAMSN1_S23, SKAP2, and STK10. Each is linked with ADGRE2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRE2-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADGRE2 versus SAMSN1_S23 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
