Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRE2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,993 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADGRE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LILRB1, BIN2, and FYB1. Each is linked with ADGRE2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRE2-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRE2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADGRE2 versus LILRB1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
