ADGRE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,385 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGO2, NUDCD2, and CEP76. Each is linked with ADGRE2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRE2-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SGO2 grouped by ADGRE2-low versus ADGRE2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
