Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADGRE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,117 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRE2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit biogenesis, Monosaccharide metabolic process, and Purine-containing compound biosynthetic process. Each is linked with ADGRE2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRE2-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRE2 results are reported.
