ADGRD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,132 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4797, RNU5E-9P, and MYO19. Each is linked with ADGRD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRD1-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4797 grouped by ADGRD1-low versus ADGRD1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
