ADGRB3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRB3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,188 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRB3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS2, TNS2, and AGO1. Each is linked with ADGRB3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRB3-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADGRB3 versus RPS2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
