ADGRB3

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADGRB3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 29 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ADGRB3 data layer compared with 11 for mutation status and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ADGRB3 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADGRB3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and PAAD show a favorable association.

KIRC, PAAD, and LGG are the cancer types where ADGRB3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
