ADGRB3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRB3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,523 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, GRK3, and SEZ6L. Each is linked with ADGRB3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRB3-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADGRB3 versus SNRPD3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
