ADGRA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,884 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRA3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CBX2, VSIR, and WDFY4. Each is linked with ADGRA3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRA3-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADGRA3 versus CBX2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
