Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRA3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,212 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADGRA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF43, C14orf93, and TMEM9. Each is linked with ADGRA3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRA3-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRA3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADGRA3 versus ZNF43 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
