Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,466 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADGRA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC80, MEIS3, and PDGFRA. Each is linked with ADGRA2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRA2-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADGRA2 versus CCDC80 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
