Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRA2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Dvl3, INPP4B, and Src_pY527. Each is linked with ADGRA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRA2-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRA2 results are reported.
