Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADGRA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 122 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADGRA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP4-6, TARM1, and TBL1Y. Each is linked with ADGRA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRA2-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP4-6 grouped by ADGRA2-low versus ADGRA2-high in STOMACH.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
