Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADGRA1-AS1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ADGRA1-AS1 data layer compared with 13 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher ADGRA1-AS1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADGRA1-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

CESC and KIRP are the cancer types where ADGRA1-AS1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
